Bytevoid, a company incorporated in France, operates Ziloom and is the seller of Ziloom Pro. These terms cover the subscription, billing, and refunds for Ziloom Pro.

Subscription and price

Ziloom Pro costs £9.99 per month, taxes included, and renews monthly until canceled. New subscriptions are currently available in the UK only.

Payment

All payment is collected by Stripe on behalf of Bytevoid.

Cancellation

Cancel Ziloom Pro at any time from the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then.

Refunds

We do not issue automatic prorated refunds. Support may issue a refund for a duplicate charge, a billing error, or another exceptional case — contact support@ziloom.ai. We automatically reverse a charge that came from a purchase made outside an approved sales market, and a charge caused by a delay in canceling a subscription during account deletion.
