Bytevoid, a company incorporated in France, operates Ziloom and is the seller of Ziloom Pro.

Ziloom Account is optional

You do not need a Ziloom Account to use Ziloom. Signing in only restores subscription access — your Teams, Agents, Team members, Workstreams, and their data stay local and are never billing identities.

Where your data lives

Local product data — your Agents, Teams, Workstreams, and their history — stays on your Mac. Your Ziloom Account and billing data live with the vendors we use to provide those features: WorkOS, acting principally as our processor for identity, and Stripe, which acts as a mixed processor and independent controller for billing depending on the obligation.

No tracking

Ziloom sets no cookies, runs no behavioral analytics, and does not track you. We keep first-party operational counts only — the kind of basic counters needed to run the service, not profiles of individual people.

How long we keep data

• Operational logs: 30 days.
• Minimized billing, entitlement, and deletion evidence: 90 days.
• An unresolved support workflow: until it is resolved, plus 90 days.

Deleting your data

Delete Ziloom Account and Erase All Loom Data are two distinct actions. Delete Ziloom Account ends your product identity and billing on our servers. Erase All Loom Data removes local data owned by Loom on this Mac. Neither one performs the other.
