Download troubleshooting

• Ziloom requires macOS 15 or later on Apple silicon — confirm your Mac meets both before retrying.
• If the download link does not load, use the Download for macOS link again — it always resolves to the current release.
• If macOS warns that the app cannot be verified, make sure the download finished completely before opening the disk image.
• If a downloaded disk image does not mount or looks damaged, re-download it and, if you can, compare its checksum against the one below.
• Still stuck? Email support@ziloom.ai with what you tried and what happened.
